RETURNS POLICY

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 7 days from receipt of merchandise for a full refund. The items must be returned in the original, unused re-saleable condition.

If you would like to return an order:

  2. Ship us the returned item(s) with the original packaging.

  3. Once we have received your package, your refund will be issued in the original payment method within 7- 10 business days.

GUNSTRONG does not provide pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping labels with purchases.

PRODUCT DEFECT OR WRONG SHIPPING

You will be eligible for a full refund if merchandise is confirmed to be damaged or if the wrong item is shipped. Please note all defective item(s) are subject to inspection.

To ensure proper processing:

  1. Contact us at info@gunstronginc.com  to inform us of the defect and to receive return instructions and address. Please indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund.

  2. Ship us the defective item(s) with the original packaging.

  3. Upon inspection:

  1. for replacement of a defective or incorrect item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will issue a full refund in the original order payment method.

  2. for refund of a defective or incorrect item(s) shipped, we will issue a full refund in the original order payment method.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Please return the item(s) you wish to exchange, clearly stating the size and/or color now required. All exchanges are free of any extra shipping & packaging charges. When returning goods we recommend you obtain a proof of posting . You will be responsible for return shipment fees.

If you would like to exchange your item(s):

  2. Ship us the returned item(s) with the original packaging, and in re-saleable condition.

  3. Once we have received your package, we will process the exchange and send the new item(s) to your original order address unless otherwise specified.
